1. Guest Policies

Check in – Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in at Villa1972. Check in time is 2.00 p.m. – 12.00 p.m. Upon arrival, guests are kindly requested to submit their ID card, driving license or passport for verification purposes.

Check out – Check out time is 11.00 a.m. Please inform the management if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the guest fails to vacate the room upon the expiration of their stay, the management reserves the right to remove the guest and their belongings from the occupied room.

Settlement of bills – Guest need to settle the fee for the room charges of entire stay in the form of a cash deposit or Online fund transfer.

Quiet hours – From 10.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. loud noises and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

Pets – Only one pet per room is permitted, subject to an additional fee, and the guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet.

Damage policy – Guests are accountable for any loss or damage to Villa 1972 property resulting from their actions, the actions of their guests, or those for whom they are responsible. In case of any damage occur to the villa due to the guest’s actions, the guest is obligated to cover the expenses associated with repairing or replacing the damaged property.

Guest conduct – Disruptive or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave without a refund if their conduct is deemed unacceptable.

2. Room Policies

No smoking rooms – Our rooms are 100% smoke-free rooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Alcohol – Just a heads up, alcohol is only allowed in certain areas of the hotel, and not with visitors. Registered guests can use alcohol in their rooms.

Food – It is prohibited to consume foodstuffs bought outside the hotel in the common area.

Visitors – The hotel guest is not permitted to transfer the room to third parties, even if the duration for which the guest has paid has not yet expired. Third parties are not allowed to use villa facilities.

No parties – We want all our guests to relax and enjoy their stay. So, parties, loud noise, and any disruptions are not allowed. If there’s a noise issue, we’ll politely request you to keep it down. However, continued noise will result in you having to leave the hotel, and you won’t receive a refund.

Lost and found – Villa 1972 is not responsible for any valuables or belongings that are lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged during your stay. If you realize you’ve left something important behind, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

3. Villa Policies

Parking – Parking is available; however, the owner assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage incurred while the vehicle is parked on the premises.

Kitchen time – The kitchen operates from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Guests are advised to place their meal and snack orders by 10:00 p.m. as no food service will be available after this time.

Air port shuttle – please contact management to arrange for airport shuttle service, airport pick-up drops at special rates.

Confirming booking – To confirm your reservation, a pre-payment for [percentage]% of your stay will be required at the time of booking.  This pre-payment is non-refundable. You can make this payment conveniently through online bank transfer or deposit.

4. Child Policies

Specify any age restrictions or policies regarding children staying at the hotel, including extra bed charges or childcare services.

5. Refund Policies

Refunding – Advance payments secure your reservation but are non-refundable.

Cancellation – Cancellations made outside of 2 weeks from your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of advance payment.

Date changes – If you need to modify your reservation dates, we are happy to accommodate you whenever possible, subject to availability. Please notify us of any desired date changes at least 14 days prior to your original arrival date.
